Flour

it's been a long time since i have featured anything other then fabric on this site, but i'm ready to spice things up a little. it took some arm twisting but i am going to part w/ this insanely cute vintage enamel flour canister. i bought her to sell on the site but once she landed in my kitchen, she felt at home b/w my other bread box and flour canister...sadly, my husband has a point...we don't need three of these (but i loved how her color popped against my DR draperies *sigh*) okay, back to the point....she is for sale. vintage enamel flour canister in a very rare color, robin's egg blue, with black raised letters. 10" H x 10"D...14" w/ handles, old but fab condition....these are going anywhere from $135-$175 in antique stores and online.

Before and After....

i was so happy to open my inbox and find a designer's attic before and after! hanh purchased this adorable black and white cheetah print a while back. she took her X stool from wisteria (the same stool i love and want in my home), glamed it up with some black paint on the legs, and reupholstered the top w/ the animal print. how great is the outcome?! thanks so much hanh for giving the fabric a fabulous home :)

Before and After....

Yay! i am so excited to show you another before and after. this one comes courtesy of the lovely kelly from fabulous k (yes, the same kelly who gave both of my blogs fabulous makeovers). every wonder what to do with one yd of amazing fabric....well, here is a great idea! kelly took her romo fabric and created a stunning bulletin board for above her desk. it really shows off the fabric so well....i love how the pink pops!! thanks kelly for letting me share your project!
