Cottage Living Fav...

i have missed cottage living sooo much so when i spotted this fabric, it instantly brought me back to one of my all time favorite magazines.  it was a feature on heather chadduck's DR style (she is the one w/ the fabulous old chalkboard in her kitchen).  i was in love w/ her numbered chairs and this fabric she used as draperies.  I actually had this in my old house on a drum pendant in my kitchen (still hate that i left that with the house).  this fabric would look great as draperies, host and hostess chairs, an upholstered bench at the foot of a bed, or accent pillows on your sofa.  a chocolate and robins egg blue floral linen fabric.  10 yds available.

i am like a kid in a candy store when i get an email from y'all showing me how you have used your fabrics.  its so great to see the creativity out there!  needless to say, i was beyond giddy when i got these pictures from helen at whitehaven showing how she took her husband's settee from growing up and gave it a new life.

and boy did it great an amazing makeover!  love how it looks w/ her table setting at thanksgiving!  thank you helen for sharing this with me!  i love the punch you added to such a beautiful piece!
